Almond Butter Chocolat Chip Cookies

Starting the week with some #glutenfree #dairyfree chocolate chip cookies! I’ve been testing out a few versions of this cookie recipe and this might be my favorite! It could be the half cashew and almond butter mix making them extra tasty?

Or maybe because it’s loaded with extra chocolate chips. I’m going to lean towards the extra chocolate because it always makes any cookies 100% better!

Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup mini @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° and prepare baking sheet with a silicon baking mat.
  • In a medium bowl mix together all the wet ingredients, then stir in the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips to the dough mixture.
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until they just start to brown around the edges.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. ENJOY!
