H A P P Y F R I D A Y ! !
I’ve been making smoothies every morning this week and this one was my favorite flavor combo. If you have any smoothie recipes please send them my way!
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 pitted date
- 1/2 cup cucumber peeled
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp granola topping
Instructions
- add coconut water, spinach, and date in blender. blend until mixture is a bright green color
- next, add in the cucumber, blueberries, banana and chia seeds. blend until smooth.
- pour smoothing in a cup and top with your favorite granola. ENJOY!
