Good Morning! Headed into this last week of January with some extra motivation because I start my 6-week workout program today. I’m definitely the kind of person that loves a good list, and this program from @bodiesbyrachel gives me a plan for each week which I love.
I’ll be bringing back all my favorite smoothie recipes these next few weeks so get excited.This smoothie is packed with all my favorite fruit and topped with dairy-free vanilla yogurt, cinnamon & blueberries. Always keeps me feeling full throughout my workday!
Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk @malkorganics
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 date
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Topping
- 2 tbsp @silk dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp blueberries
Instructions
- Place all smoothie ingredients in the blender and pulse.
- Top with vanilla yogurt, berries, and cinnamon. Enjoy!
