Slowly easing into the week with some refreshing lemon mint tea. If you have fresh mint on hand all you need to do is muddle the leaves with some hot water, honey, & lemon wedges. It’s super refreshing & so simple. Cheers to the 2nd week of January!
Lemon Mint Tea
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp manuka honey
- 3 lemon slices
- 8 oz hot water
