Rosemary Parmesan Hassleback Potatoes

If you are looking for a fancy way to dress up potatoes, look no further! These Rosemary Parmesan Hasselback Potatoes are so easy & look really cool.

All you need to do is cut thin vertical slices on each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through. Place potatoes in a baking dish, coat with olive oil, salt/pepper, rosemary, and Parmesan. Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until crispy & fork tender.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 3 tbsp parmesean shredded
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepared a baking dish and preheat oven to 425°.
  • Take potatoes and cut thin vertical slices on each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Place potatoes in a baking dish and oat with olive oil, salt/pepper, rosemary, and Parmesan.
  • Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until crispy & fork tender.
