Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, and pecans and set aside.
Next mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl and slowly pour in the water and melted coconut oil.
Pour the sugar mixture over the nuts and mix until all the nuts are coated.
Transfer the nuts to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Once the nuts are out of the oven, immediately gift them a quick toss. Then transfer them to your serving bowl.
Lightly dust the nuts with a little cinnamon. This is optional, but the perfect finishing touch for these holiday nuts.
