Preheat oven to 350° and prepare baking sheet with a silicon baking mat.
In a medium bowl mix together all the wet ingredients, then stir in the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips to the dough mixture.
Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until they just start to brown around the edges.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. ENJOY!
