Preheat oven to 350° and line a 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Place the oatmeal + baking soda in the blender and pulse until a flour-like consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, minus the blueberries, and pulse until completely blended. Stir in the blueberries and transfer mix to the prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes. Test the center of loaf with a toothpick to determine if it needs a few minutes longer in the oven.
Let loaf cool for 30 minutes the top with blueberry glaze.
