Mini Apple Tarts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet gluten-free puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup sugar (@wholeearthsweetener)
  • 1 cup sliced apples extra thin
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (@miyokoscreamery)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425° and prepare a lined baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix the sugar, apples, butter & spices in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Take the sheet of puff pastry and cut into small rectangle shapes.
  • Take the sheet of puff pastry and cut into small rectangle shapes.
  • Place cutout pastry dough shapes on the prepared baking sheet & use a fork to lightly poke holes in each shape. Top each with the apple mixture & brush edges with extra butter.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. ENJOY !
