Rosemary Parmesan Hassleback Potatoes
The super simple fancy potato side you’ll be making at every meal! Seasoned, baked, and loaded with all the flavor that’s sure to be a fast favorite!
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 3 tbsp parmesean shredded
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Prepared a baking dish and preheat oven to 425°.
Take potatoes and cut thin vertical slices on each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Place potatoes in a baking dish and oat with olive oil, salt/pepper, rosemary, and Parmesan.
Bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until crispy & fork tender.
