Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the oats and almond butter, and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. The cookies will be soft and do not get crispy on the edges. Enjoy!
