Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the oats and almond butter, and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. The cookies will be soft and do not get crispy on the edges. Enjoy!
