Fall is right around the corner & I am working on some fun recipes that involve all my favorite holiday flavors. Last year I made a bunch of apple pies, so I wanted to share this easy apple tart recipe that you can cook up in 20 minutes.
Mini Apple Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 sheet gluten-free puff pastry
- 1/4 cup 1/4 cup sugar (@wholeearthsweetener)
- 1 cup sliced apples extra thin
- 2 tbsp melted butter (@miyokoscreamery)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° and prepare a lined baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the sugar, apples, butter & spices in a small bowl and set aside.
- Take the sheet of puff pastry and cut into small rectangle shapes.

- Place cutout pastry dough shapes on the prepared baking sheet & use a fork to lightly poke holes in each shape. Top each with the apple mixture & brush edges with extra butter.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. ENJOY !
